Read service feedback around the work: scope, communication, execution, pricing clarity, and follow-up.
What to look for
A friendly first conversation is not the same as a successfully completed project. Identify what work the reviewer actually commissioned and whether it resembles your own. Separate the quality of the relationship from evidence about the required outcome.
Make the review useful
Use reviews to prepare a written scope and a list of questions about exclusions, scheduling, changes, and follow-up. Verify qualifications or other requirements relevant to the work with an appropriate authority or professional rather than inferring them from praise.
Keep the limits in view
A complaint may expose an ambiguity in the agreement rather than prove a universal flaw. Read the particulars and ask how your provider would handle the same situation. A review cannot replace a clear contract or establish an individual provider’s current credentials.
Can reviews replace checking qualifications?
No. Reviews describe experiences, not a current credential verification. Check the requirements that apply to the particular work and your location through appropriate sources.
